BURNING LAWS
No Open Burning between 6 am and 6pm during March, April, May, October and November
Communicating with the neighbor that is burning can sometimes eliminate the need for the Fire Department to intercede. Leaves, grass, trash and tires are some of the materials that are not allowed to be burned in the State of Ohio. For Open Burning Regulations visit: epa.ohio.gov/portals/47/facts/openburn.pdf
