OHIO OPEN BURNING LAWS
The Fall season brings an increase in the amount of open burning complaints the fire department receives. Communicating with the neighbor that is burning can sometimes eliminate the need for the fire department to intercede. Leaves, grass, trash and tires are some of the materials that are not allowed to be burned in the State of Ohio. For Open Burning Regulations visit: epa.ohio.gov/portals/47/facts/openburn.pdf

Services We Offer:

  • Fire Suppression
  • Basic and Advanced Life Support
  • Rescue and Extrication
  • Hazardous Materials Spill Mitigation

We would also like to offer you information on Ohio Fire Code Open Burning. Here you will find a link to Ohio Code site: http://www.epa.ohio.gov/dapc/general/openburning.aspx
