A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR ZONING PERMITS AND APPLICATIONS COMMENCING May 7th, 2026.
WHEREAS, Article XIV of the Township Zoning Resolution provides for fees for zoning permits and applications, and
WHEREAS, there is a need to update the fee schedule in the consideration of the increased cost in administering zoning resolutions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES OF WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, RICHLAND COUNTY, OHIO:
Section 1. The following schedule for zoning permits shall be and is hereby adopted to be effective May 7th, 2026.
